Giraffe Bath & Body® products are delivered within 14 days if ordered by noon Monday through Friday for shipping in the continental United States. Shipping times for Hawaii, Alaska and international orders will vary. Standard delivery times apply only to in-stock merchandise. If items in your order are out of stock, you will be notified and advised of the anticipated delivery date.
The standard shipping rate for orders shipped within the continental U.S. via United States Postal Service ground is $5.95. Priority Mail® 2- to 3-day service is also available. For other shipping rates outside of the continental United States, please contact Giraffe Bath & Body® customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Retailer shipping rates are different than stated above. Customer Care can provide exact cost and expedite fee if requested.
All orders are shipped from our Garland, Texas fulfillment center via USPS standard ground delivery service for arrival within 14 business days of receipt of order. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded. For Canadian orders, please allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks for delivery; see below for further details. Shipping charges are per delivery address. Please contact our Customer Care department for Canadian shipping or for any further questions.
Sales tax on merchandise will be charged for all shipments within the state of Texas. Texas requires tax to be calculated on the total for merchandise and shipping.
Merchandise purchased at a retail store cannot be returned to our online facility. Conversely, please return online purchases to email@example.com and not to a local retail store.
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 10 days of delivery. Complete the Return Form that came with the product making sure you provide a reason for returning the product. We do not refund shipping and handling charges and are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Returned items will be credited to your credit card within 5-10 business days.
Pack your return securely in its original packing. Returned packages are only accepted if they are in their original packing and with a completed Giraffe Bath & Body® Return Form.
Retain your shipping receipt for your records. Initial shipping charges are not refundable. Your product refund will be processed at the time of receipt of the return.
We make every effort to pack our items so they will arrive at your door safely. Despite our best efforts, breakage may occasionally occur. If you have received damaged merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it as quickly as possible. Please use all original packing boxes and materials when returning products. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event that there are errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
Giraffe Bath & Body® accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All credit cards will be approved and verified prior to shipping.
This website is set up to process payments and returns for online purchases only. Returns or concerns about Giraffe Bath & Body products purchased at retail stores must be handled at the store.
Giraffe Bath & Body® orders are not complete and processed until payment is made. So, if at any point in the check-out process, prior to payment, you decide not to complete the order, you can cancel by simply leaving the check-out process. If you are registered and logged in, the items will remain in your cart until you purchase or delete them. If you are not registered and logged in, your cart will be cleared after you leave the site.
